Refund Policy

At CA Notary Courses, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality online notary public education. We stand behind our course and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided that you have not yet completed the course or been issued a certificate of completion.

Refunds are not available once a course has been finished or a certificate has been generated, even if the request is made within the 60-day window.

After receiving your request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 days for your request to be processed. All refund requests will be processed within 30 business days.
