3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Course Access and Duration

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course material for a period of 60 days. If you do not complete the course within this timeframe, your access will expire, and you may need to re-enroll.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date, provided you have not yet completed the course or been issued a certificate of completion. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on https://canotarycourses.com, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and workbooks, is the property of CA Notary Courses or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the material for your personal, non-commercial use during your enrollment period.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to share your account access with others, attempt to circumvent any security features, or use the material for any commercial purpose other than your own notary commission preparation.

When participating in the discussion forum, you additionally agree not to:

  • Post content that is harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory toward other students or staff.
  • Share, solicit, or distribute answers to the California Notary Public state exam or any course quiz material.
  • Post spam, advertisements, or off-topic promotional material.
  • Impersonate another student, instructor, or administrator.
  • Upload or link to malware, phishing sites, or any other harmful content.

8. User-Generated Content

Our discussion forum allows enrolled students to post questions and replies within individual lessons. All student posts are subject to admin review before they become visible to other students.

By submitting content to the forum, you grant CA Notary Courses a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute your posts in connection with operating and improving the service. You retain ownership of your original content.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any user-generated content at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or our Code of Conduct. Repeated violations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Responses posted by administrators in the discussion forum are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, professional, or regulatory advice. While our curriculum is state-approved, CA Notary Courses does not guarantee that you will pass the California Notary Public state exam. The state exam is administered by a third party, and success depends on various factors outside our control.
